No, but incentivize private companies and local businesses to help and fund social and community based programs

Should not increase the funding, some funding redirected to social and community based programs

Police funding must be increased. Even non-violent calls must be responded to by properly-trained and protected police, for the safety of all responders, those for whom the call is about, and any potential bystanders or other victims. The police shall then decide if a social worker, psychologist/psychiatrist, medical doctor, etc., is necessary in conjunction with other First Responders (namely Paramedics), and that team should be dispatched if necessary.
