Yes, as long as the crime could not be physically harmful in any solution or way possible, like mustache man from Austria, hurt people with camps, Yugoslavian man who ruled and made the USSR notorious, and Italian man who got arrested for sexual assault crimes in Austria, should not be allowed to be elected, based off of their decisions to the public.
