Decrease it to about half of what it currently is. Norway should come first and we cant afford to give up more military supplies to Ukraine, however we can afford to give them cold hard cash so i think we should stop material aid and only give funding.

I am satisfied with the current amount of spending for foreign countries, but we must ensure they are only sent to countries that have no human rights violations.

The money never goes to the people that need it, so why should we send anything, Decrease it to 1/4th of what we give out today and use the money we give to only send medical supplies and school books.
