Charter schools in my opinion should only be in use for large groups of psychologically or physically handicapped people, for special learning at the fastest possible pace without missing any informational subjects. The government should fund these, but only if the schools need time to fund themselves or if the public needs more charter schools but doesn't have enough money to pay a landlord, hiring construction workers personally, or by the government should then be a priority of a case where the public has more handicapped than there is place FOR the handicapped.
